Building identity and character into next generation youth at earliest age, requires everyone, from every background to be best versions of themselves and break down stereotypes of communication barriers created by fear of unknown. OUR MISSION

Successful outcomes for ICSA program in Columbus, Ohio are: 1) To successfully complete homework assignments 2) To participate in positive activities such as sports or arts programming 3) To establish positive peer relationships 4) To be promoted to the next grade level of academic eligibility to play sports 5) To be exposed to college campuses (OSU and HBCU’s) as well as to various career opportunities, ie. trade school certification, entrepreneurship
Mentor
The purpose of this Mentoring with Schools Program is to develop, promote and advance Community Relationships with local organizations for employment opportunities of inner city families/youth, and instill a leadership mindset into sports activities of basketball and track/field among Coaching staff/members and other ICSA youth players ages 6-17.
Zion International Ministries believes that Mentoring with Schools Program is designed to steer youth away from options of using or selling drugs, joining gangs or other criminal activities committed by disconnected or unengaged youth.
This program represents a strategic community approach by Pastor Vincent Franklin’s well established relationship with Catholic Diocese of Columbus and FlexWork Sports Management to align resources that allow each student in the inner city neighborhoods develop stronger communication and leadership skills that will lead to a better community for all of our residents, and keep excited through our CUD-VOE FUND planning efforts for a new Charter School: K-8 “Sports & Arts Academy” in a Columbus Ohio inner city neighborhood soon!
MENTORING WITH SCHOOLS PROGRAM
Company trip to Atlanta GA on January 15, 2020 featured Ventriloquist Willie Brown & Woody mentoring five fifth graders Sasha, Jayla, Joia, Christian and Braylen for 90 minute in-school Mentoring Session: 30 minute Lunch greet, 30 minutes Gym Time and 30 minutes Fun Time with special guest reinforcing “Much Love” message from our testimonials to become best version of themselves. Company invited for Panel Forum to Mentor School Assembly of 600+ k-5 students in near future.
Pastor Vincent Franklin has led planning strategies for Youth Ministry with Pro Athletes & Celebrity figures mentoring inner city youth into paths of success outcome, which translated into a Cartoon project to expand “Much Love” message as mainstream conversation.

In May 2021, Company invested $1,500 for ownership of “4 Players Only” AAU Club level 3 that offers FREE REGISTRATION for Columbus youth since Summer 2021. Club offers four Sport choices in Ohio District 6 / Nationals: boys/girls basketball, boys/girls track & field, gymnastics and cheerleading. 5 AAU Cheerleading “Lady Elites”, Alaura, Cienna, Nivaeh, Savannah and Karlie ages 5-12 went to Ballet Classes, twice a week for 6 weeks & uniforms for recital on August 5, 2021. Current AAU Club enrollment is 55 youth ages 6-16 new youth athlete membership renewals beginning September 1st every year, free of charge since 2020 inception of our AAU CLUB for Columbus inner city neighborhood youth. Company seeks additional Pro Athletes/Corporate sponsorship to meet event travel and lodging expenses.
In 2018, Pastor Vincent obtained Certifications for Protecting God’s Children and Play Like a Champion from Catholic Diocese of Columbus and began Coaching 4th & 5th grade boys basketball team at All Saints Academy that 2018-19 season. On July 5, 2019, ZIM CHURCH dba Inner City Student Athletes initiative (ICSA) was launched with BRAXTON MILLER NFL CAMP with five participants.
Since 2019, Pastor Vincent has GM Coach Dylan Barrett with a group of seven South Linden neighborhood boys to a 12 and under Championship at Barnett Rec Center – after several practices then scrimmages with Catholic Diocese church teams at their home gym to prepare the team with championship mindset on March 17, 2020, a Championship ICSA KNIGHTS team was born at ICSA!
In 2021, during COVID-19 pandemic period, 4 PLAYERS ONLY AAU CLUB was formed and six young girls attend ballet class at Elite Performance Academy Studio, Reynoldsburg, OH for six weeks at all expenses paid by ZIM CHURCH. After a successful recital performance August 5, 2021, all six Lady Elites invited a friend to join them at Magic Mountain 4 hours free experience! Six Lady Elites are currently seeking gymnastics career studying with a Masterclass for last two years with Simone Biles, Multiple Olympic All-Around Gold Champion – and entering a Gymnastics program before 2023 end of year.

Stadium with nine ICSA participants in 2021, then another five ICSA youth participants attended CJ Stroud NFL CAMP in 2022 featuring only girl at Camp. Pastor Vincent will GM boys,/girls basketball and boys/girls track and field teams going forward and work with Pro Athletes in each sport to train ICSA Youth Participants in skill sets for desired SPORT(s) of CHOICE…

In June 2020, Company was awarded $1,000 from Catholic Diocese for web development www.eschoolontv.com. 2020 & 2021 Walmart-Sam’s Club Community Grants funded Cartoon project. Sold 500 Donato’s Pizza DoughBooks Summer 2021- along with 1200 Rooster’s Restaurant Fun Cards 2020-21 Summers – selling one by one for $5 / $10 built Company trust as pandemic Community fundraising with Flyer and Pay Pal chip-reader. 2020 SBA $4,000 EIDL Loan & 2021 SBA $1,000 EIDL Loan Increase has crippled Company’s 2022 cash flow.By early 2023, Walmart/Sam’s Club locations extended another $2,500 to pay off a few Credit Card debts, positioning our Company credit to obtain a Business Credit Card now. With over 700 Rooster Cards sales so far into 2023, Summer and Fall ICSA programming has established a better financial position for 2024 with 100 ICSA youth participants being served!

Future Goals & Direction of Company
Harold V Franklin aka Pastor Vincent has been a novice Creative Producer since early 1990’s. His 1995 copyrighted stage play “Average Black Man” was performed in two different states: Morehouse MLK Chapel Atlanta, GA and East High School Columbus OH, including one month Auditions, Rehearsals and Shows. Casting was all four Atlanta University Center college students, shortly thereafter, citywide audition of High Schools as casting – and each occasion, one selective Elementary School for five k-5 youth participation. A second copyrighted project included 1996 “W.Qrkio’ It Out” sitcom of seven unedited Script film footage pilots around Clark-Atlanta University campus plus one Lee Haney Health Spa location was shopped only at BET by CEO Robert Johnson personally, who loved content on VCR sequence of footage as storylines of Scripts, but at time, there was no such BET development in place only had potential relationship to air 7 pre- produced episode submissions. Footage never was formally edited for re-submission to other TV Network as development idea despite 1999 Certification in Studio Production, Camera Usage and Basic Editing at Media Channel 36 Public Access Station, Los Angeles, CA when all projects went dormant due to lack of funding. Pastor Vincent envisioned Youth Ministry Mentorship work over Database development, Web Design and technology creativity space, as College Dual Degree Senior status experience at Wilberforce Univ. (HBCU), Franklin Unix,Business School, Computer Science and OSU Industrial Systems Engineering 1982-87. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Zion International Ministries Inc. (“referred hereon as “Company”) was founded in 2015 by Harold Vincent Franklin aka Pastor Vincent to prevent youth incarceration – focus on reducing violence within inner city neighborhoods. Company acquired it’s IRS 501c3 status February 2017 as a nonprofit Church entity under trade name Christian Media Center, and since March 2019, amended “Inner City Student Athletes initiative (ICSA)”. In March 2022, Company formed a Community Revitalization Fund that “values symbols of Education” within Columbus inner city neighborhoods known as a Charter School, named: K-8 Sports and Arts Academy. Raising funds to acquire vacant building as early as 2024 but planning for a 2025-26 School Year grand opening.Pastor Vincent is Senior Pastor & Company President – Board of Directors with 50+ years living in Columbus inner city neighborhoods – in consultation with BOD members since 2019: Ed Thurman Jr, Electrician, Los Angeles CA and Ben Harry, Photographer, Atlanta GA.
